- Notice Requirement: Please book with a minimum of 72 hours' notice.
- Deposit: A $100 deposit is essential to secure your reservation. This deposit will be deducted from the final amount owed.
- Lane Allocation: We allocate one lane per every 6 people.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, EFTPOS, and invoices. For individual payments, management's pre-approval is necessary. Any subsidised payments must be authorized by management beforehand.
- Catering Allocation: You can select 1 large platter for every group of 5 people.
- Complimentary Beverage: Each person receives 1 free beverage upon arrival, choosing from house beer, wine, soft drink, or juice, up to a value of $11.
- ID Requirements: All Guests wishing to enjoy alcoholic beverages MUST provide valid ID. This is a condition of our Liquor License. NO ID, NO SERVICE. Valid IDs are Passports, Drivers License and Kiwi Access 18+ Cards. Damaged and Expired IDs will not be accepted.
- Upgrades/Add-Ons: Upgrades or add-ons must be pre-booked at least 48 hours ahead and are subject to availability. Cancellations of upgrades or add-ons require written notice at least 24 hours in advance.
- Confirmation of Numbers and Catering: Please provide final headcount and catering order 48 hours prior to your function. Adjustments can be made up until 5 pm the day before your booking.
- On the Day: If the actual attendance is lower than expected, a $20 per person catering fee will apply to cover prepared food.
- Cancellation Policy: To retain your deposit, a minimum of 7 days' written notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
